Screen printing is the original form of T-shirt Printing. This method makes use of screens that are then pressed down against the t-shirt. Ink is then squeezed through the screen using a squeegee onto the shirt. Screen prints have a high quality finish. Screen Prints are durable and professional looking. You can print onto light or dark garments. Screen printing can be done in any amount of colour as well as full colour for a cost effective bulk order.
PolyFlex T-Shirt Printing
The PolyFlex technique is good for custom and small quantities of t-shirts. You get quality work, durable and stable results. This method is cost effective and works on most garment types. Best used for basic logos and text. Also best suited for sports numbers and basic graphics.
Direct to Garment T-Shirt Printing
DTG is the modern way of printing designer T-Shirts. This method is good for individual or small orders as this methods has the highest cost per print. Suited for designs that contain hi-res images or photos with shadows or fades. DTG is a quality, colorful, good-looking print with a soft feel on white garments and a slight texture on coloured shirts.
Digital Printing is applied with high pressure and heat. This printing method is very versatile and can accommodate small runs, custom orders, visual samples and tight budgets. The process is fast and affordable. Easily print multi-colour images or photos onto most garment types. Best suited for white or light coloured garments.
Embroidery for Caps & Other Garments
Embroidery is done by stitching an image using threads. This method is not suited for t-shirt material but can be done on a variety of other garments including golf shirts, caps, beanies, scarfs, hoodies and jackets.
